Bytespoke Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Enterprise Mobility Management – L2 Support to administer and support Microsoft Intune for enterprise mobility environments.

The role handles device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles and app deployment across iOS, Android, ABM and KME, with focus on incident resolution and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Intune – 3+ years
• Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• APNS / ADE / DEP / VPP
• Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access
• MAM / MFA
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for enterprise mobility environments.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, and app deployment issues.
• Manage iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices.
• Manage ABM, APNS, ADE/DEP and VPP.
• Support Android Work Profile, Fully Managed, COPE & Dedicated Devices.
• Manage Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) and Managed Google Play.
• Support Conditional Access, MFA and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Handle L2 incidents, escalations, RCA and service improvements within SLA.
• Maintain technical documentation, KB articles and SOPs.
