Job summary

BajriX invites you to join as a Mobile App Development Intern to work with founders and the engineering team on React Native-based mobile apps. You will develop features, build reusable UI components, and integrate with backend REST APIs for Android and iOS.

We value curiosity and ownership; candidates should be pursuing B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or equivalent, preferably in later years, and have demonstrable React Native projects or hackathon work. Remote startup environment; stipend offered.

• Preferred: Second-year, third-year, or final-year students

As an intern, you will work directly with the founders and engineering team on real features used by actual customers.

What You'll Work On

As a Mobile App Development Intern, you will contribute to the development and improvement of BajriX's mobile applications using React Native.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing mobile application features using React Native
• Building reusable, maintainable, and responsive components
• Creating user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS devices
• Integrating mobile screens with backend REST APIs
• Implementing authentication, navigation, forms, and data-driven screens
• Managing application state and handling asynchronous data
• Improving mobile application performance and reliability
• Identifying, debugging, and fixing application issues
• Testing features across different devices and screen sizes
• Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Participating in feature discussions, code reviews, and product planning
• Helping prepare stable, production-ready mobile releases
• Documenting implemented features and technical decisions

Skills Required

Must Have

• React Native
• React fundamentals, including components, props, state, and hooks
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Basic knowledge of mobile application development
• Familiarity with responsive mobile UI development
• Basic Git and GitHub knowledge
• Understanding of debugging and error handling
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
