Role Overview

As a Mobile App Developer Intern, you will be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to build seamless and high-quality mobile experiences.

• Develop mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS
• Implement user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
• Ensure smooth performance and responsiveness of mobile applications.

API Integration

• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs.
• Handle data fetching, state management, and API responses.
• Ensure secure and efficient communication between app and server.
• Manage authentication and user sessions.

Performance Optimization

• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize app speed, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Ensure compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.
• Debug and resolve crashes or runtime issues.

Testing and Debugging

• Perform basic testing of mobile applications.
• Identify bugs and collaborate with QA teams for fixes.
• Support app testing across multiple devices and environments.
• Ensure stable and reliable app performance

Deployment and Maintenance

• Assist in preparing apps for Play Store and App Store submission.
• Support version updates and release management.
• Manage app configurations and environment settings
• Monitor app performance post-deployment

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work closely with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning and development discussions.
• Maintain clear documentation for features and implementations

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech students from Computer Science, IT, or related branches
• Eligible years: 2nd year, 3rd year, and final year
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week during the internship period

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform)
• Familiarity with React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of APIs and JSON data handling
• Basic understanding of mobile UI components and layouts

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Firebase or backend integration
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Provider, etc.)
• Exposure to mobile app deployment process
• Basic understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Experience working on personal or academic mobile projects
