Job summary

Allblue Technologies is seeking an experienced mobile lead to design, develop, and maintain Android and iOS applications. You will drive architecture decisions, set technical standards, and mentor a team of developers.

You will work with React Native, TypeScript, and Flutter to deliver robust cross-platform apps, integrate APIs, and ensure security and performance. Collaboration with CTO and backend teams is essential, with responsibility for CI/CD and production deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of mobile app development experience.
• Strong experience in React Native + TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Flutter, Android and iOS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and mobile integrations.
• Experience with Firebase/FCM, Redux/Zustand/BLoC/Riverpod.
• Knowledge of mobile security and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and app deployment.
• Tech leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Android and iOS apps.
• Define mobile architecture, standards, and practices.

• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, push notifications, authentication, and third-party services.
• Implement maps, location tracking, payments, biometric authentication, camera, and deep linking.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, startup time, and network efficiency.
• Ensure app security, secure data storage, and proper permission handling.
• Manage testing, CI/CD, builds, app releases, and production deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with backend developers and the CTO on technical and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the mobile development team.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application stability and performance.
