Med-Metrix is hiring AR Callers (PB/HB) for night shifts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves handling Healthcare AR/Collections, verifying claim status with payers, and processing denials and appeals for US health care accounts. Prior experience in medical billing and payer follow-ups is preferred.

Qualifications

• AR Caller (1 to 3) Years - (US Health care)
• Physician Billing (PB) & Hospital Billing (HB)
• With minimum 1+ year's Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment (claims payments processing, claims status and tracking, Medical Billing, AR Follow ups, Denials and Appeals-outbound healthcare providers)
• Experienced on medical billing/ AR Calling.
• Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claim status and payment dispute.
• Must be amenable to work night shifts.
