Job summary

Med-Metrix in Chennai, Tamil Nadu invites an AR Caller with 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare AR/Collections to join a BPO setting. You will handle claims status verification, payment follow-ups, and denials/appeals in a night-shift environment.

Applicants should have hands-on medical billing experience and be amenable to night shifts. Walk-in interview at 3:30 PM–6 PM during Sep 22–Oct 9, with Subash as contact person. Please mention Subash on resume.

Qualifications

• AR calling experience in Healthcare/US Health care environment is required.
• Experience with claims payments processing, status tracking and denials management.
• Background in calling insurers to verify claim status and payment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AR follow-ups with payers to verify claim status and collect payments.
• Handle denials and appeals as part of credit/collections workflow.

Preferred candidate profile :

• AR Caller (1 to 3) Years - (US Health care)
• With minimum 1+ year's of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment (claims payments processing, claims status and tracking, Medical Billing, AR Follow ups, Denials and Appeals-outbound healthcare providers)
• Experienced on medical billing/ AR Calling.
• Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claim status and payment dispute.
• Must be amenable to work night shifts.
