Med-metrix is hiring AR Callers with 1 to 3 years of experience in US health care to handle physician billing (PB) and hospital billing (HB). The role requires healthcare AR/collections experience, claims status checks, denials handling and appeals, and calling payers to verify payments. Night shifts are required.

Candidates with experience in medical billing/AR calling and payer dispute resolution are preferred. Please mention Arun at the top of the resume during interviews.

Qualifications

• AR calling experience in US healthcare/BPO settings.
• Physician PB (Professional Billing) & Hospital HB (Hospital Billing) experience.
• Minimum 1+ year healthcare AR/collections, including claims payments processing, status tracking, denials and appeals.
• Experience in medical billing/AR calling.
• Background in payer calls to verify claim status and payment disputes.
• Willing to work night shifts.

• With minimum 1+ year's of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment (claims payments processing, claims status and tracking, Medical Billing, AR Follow ups, Denials and Appeals-outbound healthcare providers)


• Experienced on medical billing/ AR Calling.


• Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claim status and payment dispute.


• Must be amenable to work night shifts.
