UST is seeking an experienced PMO AI Solutions & Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption within the PMO through solution design, governance, process transformation, and capability building. You will define the strategy, identify high-value use cases, and lead AI initiatives from concept to production.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, and building reusable AI patterns, with an 18–24 month transition plan and mentorship of AI Champions.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and AI workflows.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience moving AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and process-transformation skills.
• Ability to coach technical and non-technical stakeholders.
