Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced AI Solution / Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise software delivery through AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI. You will establish the AI‑native architectural foundation, address gaps in integration, security, and governance, and guide architects toward autonomous AI‑driven decisions.

The role focuses on AI‑led SDLC transformation, modernization of cloud and applications, and strong collaboration with AI engineers, PMs, and DevOps across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture with enterprise‑level decisions.
• 2+ years hands‑on AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI experience.
• Hands‑on AI‑led SDLC transformation and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experience with GenAI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex).
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Strong API/integration, cloud, microservices, DevOps/DevSecOps, security expertise.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution / Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural transformation of enterprise software delivery through AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, hands‑on experience with GenAI and AI agents, and a proven background in AI-led SDLC transformation and full-stack modernization.

This role will define the technical foundation for an AI-native operating model, identify and resolve architectural gaps across integration, orchestration, tooling, security, and governance, and guide Solution Architects toward independent, AI-native architectural decision‑making.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural dimension of AI‑led SDLC transformation across enterprise engagements.
• Identify and resolve architecture gaps across integration, orchestration, AI tooling, APIs, cloud platforms, security, and DevOps.
• Design the technical foundation required to support Agentic AI and AI-native delivery models.
• Review and validate AI-generated architecture, solution designs, code, and technical outputs.
• Define and govern Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), AI security guardrails, access‑control boundaries, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain a Model Usage Matrix, mapping AI agent tasks to appropriate LLMs based on capability, cost, performance, security, and compliance.
• Design data models, ontologies, and machine-readable constraint schemas to govern AI agent behavior.
• Provide architectural leadership and coach Solution Architects in AI-native architecture, NFR design, security, and guardrail implementation.
• Partner with AI Technical Project Managers, AI Engineers, engineering teams, QA, and DevOps throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI/GenAI engineering practices and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead modernization initiatives spanning architecture, application development, cloud, QA, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability.

What you need:

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of strong Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level architecture decisions.
• 2+ years of hands‑on AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI experience, including practical implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑led SDLC transformation, including AI‑assisted architecture, development, testing, and engineering workflows.
• Experience with GenAI coding assistants and AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex.
• Hands‑on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Strong expertise in application architecture, API/integration architecture, cloud, microservices, DevOps/DevSecOps, and security.
• Strong full-stack modernization background with proficiency in Java, Python, or equivalent enterprise technology stacks.
• Experience defining NFRs, AI security guardrails, access controls, governance standards, and responsible AI boundaries.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ontology design, and machine‑readable constraint schemas.
• Proven ability to lead architects, influence engineering teams, and drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption.

Desired Skills:

Experience within BFSI or Healthcare domains.

Experience evaluating and selecting LLMs based on capability, cost, security, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Exposure to enterprise‑scale AI governance and Responsible AI practices.

Experience modernizing large‑scale legacy or full‑stack applications using cloud‑native and AI‑enabled engineering approaches.

Ability to work across architecture, software engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and AI engineering rather than operating in a design‑only architecture role.

Qualification:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
