Job summary

Lingarogroup in India is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer to join the Data Science and AI Competency Center. You will work in the AI Engineering team to deploy ML models into production and design GenAI solutions.

The role involves implementing LLM/ML automation, building scalable AI pipelines, and defining best practices in ML lifecycle and operations. Flexible remote/office options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise AI agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry.
• Expertise in topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling and Generative Answers.
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI/Foundry.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt design, and troubleshooting agents.
• Familiarity with Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments is a plus.

Job Description:

The person we are looking for will become part of Data Science and AI Competency Center working in AI Engineering team.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

Must Have:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
