Job summary

The Global Zone in Pune District, India is seeking an MIS Analyst to prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. You will collect and validate data across departments, build Excel-based reports with formulas and pivot techniques, and support management with trend analysis and performance tracking.

You will also maintain databases, automate recurring reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, ensuring timely, error-free

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and formula-based reporting.
• A background in Mathematics or a strong numerical aptitude will be an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in commerce, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/MS Access) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
