Job summary

Extracle Orbit in India is seeking an experienced MIS Manager to lead reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and BI initiatives. You will drive accurate data, timely MIS reports, and guide a small team through daily, weekly and monthly cycles.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in MIS/BI, expert Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), and familiarity with Power BI. Collaboration across departments ensures data integrity and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of MIS / Business Reporting / Data Analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and data visualization.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely databases and reporting systems.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance analysis for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Manage and guide the MIS/reporting team.
• Present key business insights to senior management.
