The role requires strong Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, data accuracy, reporting discipline, and an understanding of logistics operations such as dispatch, delivery, POD, TAT, OTIF, RTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics MIS reports.
• Maintain shipment‑level databases covering dispatch, delivery, POD, RTO and pending shipments.
• Generate city‑wise, customer‑wise, transporter‑wise and warehouse‑wise performance reports.
• Track shipment status and identify delayed/pending deliveries.
• Prepare management dashboards and operational scorecards.

• Prepare cost-per-kg, cost-per-box, cost-per-order and freight-to-sales analysis.
