Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: collect and consolidate data from various departments such as sales, inventory, and customer feedback; ensure data accuracy and integrity; maintain MIS databases for real-time access.
• Report Generation & Analysis: prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; develop customized reports; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Inventory & Sales Monitoring: monitor vehicle inventory levels and sales performance; forecast inventory requirements; provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
• Dashboard Development & Data Visualization: create and maintain dashboards; use Power BI/Tableau/Excel to present data clearly for stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: work with sales, marketing, and operations to understand needs; provide training on interpreting reports.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: ensure data privacy compliance; minimize data entry errors; conduct periodic audits.
• Forecasting & Trend Analysis: assist in forecasting sales, inventory, and budget planning; provide market analysis from available data.
• Process Improvement: improve data collection and reporting processes; suggest automation to reduce manual work.

Position Overview:

The Automobile MIS Executive will be responsible for generating and analyzing reports related to the dealership's operations, sales, inventory, and customer data. The role involves working closely with the sales, inventory, and finance teams to provide actionable insights based on the data, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time information. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, monitoring performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management:
