The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MIS reporting experience, data management expertise, and effective communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline required.
• 2+ years of MIS reporting, data management, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
• Good computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Confident with communication and coordination.
• Experience in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for transport and logistics.
• Manage data entry, record keeping, and report generation with high accuracy.
• Monitor transportation-related data, vehicle movement records, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and update information.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data integrity and timely submission of management reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
