Role & responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update internal dashboards and reporting tools using HTML, JavaScript, and Excel.
• Create automated reports and data visualization tools to support business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and create solutions accordingly.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
• Design and modify front-end interfaces for internal web-based MIS applications.
• Optimize performance of MIS tools and implement user feedback.
• Assist in the automation of routine tasks using scripting and web technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data, reports, and user interfaces.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems for various business functions.
• Develop custom automation scripts using Google AppScript & JavaScript to improve reporting workflows.
• Integrate Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards for real-time tracking of key metrics.
• Apply Rahul Jain's BCI concepts (IMS, FMS, Checklists, Split FMS, MIS, Delegation Sheets) in day-to-day operations.
• Build and refine KRAs and KPIs for different departments.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure system adoption and compliance.
• Audit existing systems to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Develop new tracking tools and templates aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for management decision-making.
• Work closely with leadership and department managers to understand reporting requirements.
• Train staff on usage and upkeep of MIS tools and systems.
• Act as the primary implementor for all system-related initiatives.
