Job summary

Cogneesol in India is seeking a data-driven Analytics Lead to manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting for outlets and franchises. You will build dashboards, track royalties, monitor variances, and collaborate with Accounts, Purchase and Operations to ensure accurate MIS and timely closing.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI tracking, and actionable insights to improve sales and reduce costs, with regular coordination and performance analysis across channels like dine-in and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily outlet-wise and franchise-wise sales reports.
• Compare sales against targets and previous year/month.
• Track daily collections, bank deposits, and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor 8% royalty calculations and identify pending royalty collections.
• Prepare daily dashboard for management before the start of the day.
• Highlight low-performing outlets and major sales variances.
• Outlet-wise profitability analysis.
• Food cost and recipe cost variance reports.
• Central kitchen sales and material supply reports.
• Inventory consumption and stock variance analysis.
• Swiggy, Zomato, and dine-in sales comparison.
• Marketing campaign performance analysis.
• Franchise-wise P&L.
• Royalty collection summary.
• Outstanding debtors report.
• Budget vs actual expenditure.
• Cost centre-wise expense analysis.
• Cash flow and working capital reports.
• Vendor purchase analysis.
• Menu engineering report (best sellers and low sellers).
• Ensure all purchases are entered in the ERP/Petpooja.
• Maintain item master, recipe master, and price master.
• Verify daily sales uploads from all outlets.
• Check data accuracy before reports are shared.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for:
• Daily sales
• Outlet ranking
• Franchise ranking
• Royalty collections
• CK sales
• Inventory

• EBITDA and profitability
• New outlet opening progress
• Identify revenue leakages.
• Suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze slow-moving inventory.
• Recommend menu price revisions based on costs.
• Identify outlets requiring management intervention.
• Work with Accounts for month-end closing.
• Coordinate with Purchase for vendor and material reports.
• Coordinate with Operations for sales and inventory issues.
• Coordinate with Franchise Managers for pending data and collections.
• 100% on-time MIS reports.
