Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) in New Delhi is seeking a MIS & Data Executive to maintain MIS data, ensure accuracy, and generate reports on enrollment, attendance, completion, and placement. You will coordinate with centre teams and monitor data across LMS and internal MIS systems.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree and 1–3 years in MIS/Data Management, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and the ability to produce dashboards while upholding data confidentiality and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline, CS/IT preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MIS data regularly.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entries.
• Prepare and share reports on enrollment, attendance, completion, and placement.
• Monitor data on LMS and internal MIS systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with centre teams for data collection and updates.
• Generate dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Support audits with proper documentation and records.
• Identify data gaps and suggest MIS process improvements.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
• Report to Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MIS data on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entries.
• Prepare and share reports related to enrollment, attendance, completion, and placement.
• Monitor data on portals (LMS, internal MIS systems, etc.) and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with centre teams for timely data collection and updates.
• Generate dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in MIS processes.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
• Report to Project Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Minimum 13 years of experience in MIS/Data Management role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
