• - Sales order coordination, tracking and follow-ups with field sales team
• - Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros, Dashboard Creation
• - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to automate reports, emails, and analysis
• - Manage sales data, stock statements, secondary sales tracking
• - Support management with forecasting, target vs achievement analysis
