Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Operations, or Sales Support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Experience with website data uploads or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain product and sales data accurately.
• Extract data and prepare reports in Excel.

About The Role

We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented MIS Operations Executive to join our growing rug company. The ideal candidate should have excellent data management skills and be comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks, including website updates, dispatch coordination, returns management, and sales support. The role also requires occasional visits to product photoshoots for operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain product and sales data.
• Extract data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Upload product information, images, and other details to the company website.
• Coordinate dispatches and manage return orders.
• Support sales operations by maintaining records and tracking orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of operational activities.
