Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is seeking a data-oriented MIS analyst to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain dashboards. You will monitor data quality, support basic analysis, and coordinate with operations for data collection and validation.

The role requires a graduate, with basic to intermediate Excel skills and a solid understanding of data management and reporting. 0–2 years in MIS reporting or data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Understanding of data analysis and data management.
• Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate simple insights.
• Knowledge of Aadhaar operations/processes will be an added advantage.
• 0-2 years of experience in MIS reporting, dashboard management, or data analysis.
