Kaizen Consultants, Pune-based, is seeking an MIS and Automation Executive to build dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker Studio, automate workflows, and generate daily to monthly MIS reports for management. You will implement data collection forms and leverage AI tools to speed up reporting and documentation.

You will report to HR and Management, assist with HR/operations trackers, and train team members on new tools while ensuring data accuracy and security.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (CS/IT/Engineering/Commerce preferred).
• 1–3 years in MIS, reporting, or data roles.
• Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables, ARRAYFORMULA.

Kaizen is a Pune-based construction estimating firm. Our 70+ civil engineers prepare material takeoffs and estimates for contractors in the USA and Canada. We are growing fast and want smart systems to support that growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy MIS Executive who loves data, dashboards, and automation. You will build simple, smart systems that save time for our team and give management clear daily insights. You will also help us use AI tools in our daily work. This role reports to HR and Management.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker Studio for productivity, client projects, and HR data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Create Google Forms for data collection, feedback, and internal requests
• Automate repetitive work using Google Apps Script, formulas, and tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to speed up reporting, documentation, and daily tasks
• Study our current processes and suggest better systems and SOPs
• Support HR and operations with trackers, such as the hiring pipeline and attendance
• Train team members on new tools and simple best practices
• Keep data clean, accurate, and secure

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in any field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Commerce preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data roles
• Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables, ARRAYFORMULA
• Basic Apps Script or a strong interest in learning it
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

• Looker Studio or Power BI
• Experience with no-code automation tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace admin
