Job summary

Shavish Group in Ahmednagar is seeking a Data & MIS Analyst to create daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, consolidating data from multiple departments and validating its accuracy. You will maintain Excel dashboards, trackers and databases while monitoring production, sales, inventory and dispatch data for timely management reviews.

The role emphasizes automated reporting, data integrity and collaboration with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores and Accounts.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.
• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, ERP/SAP, and dashboard creation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
• Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.
