Job summary

Mota-Engil is seeking an experienced project manager for a major mining project in India. You will lead the integration of technical, financial, and legal aspects, develop the overall plan, and monitor performance.

You will manage teams, ensure deadlines, budget compliance, safety and environmental standards, and promote sustainability and profitability. Strong leadership, risk assessment and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Mining Engineering, Geology or Geotechnics.
• Knowledge of Safety and the Environment.

• Availability for mobility.

Ensuring the efficient management of the teams involved and compliance with deadlines, budget, safety standards, and environmental regulations, promoting the sustainability and profitability of the project.

Job Requirements And Competencies Profile

• Higher education in Mining Engineering, Geology or Geotechnics;
• Additional training and/or knowledge of Safety and the Environment;
• Knowledge of contract management and budget preparation;
• Experience in risk assessment;
• At least 10 years' professional experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan);
• Proficiency in French (preferred);
