The candidate should bring 15+ years in steel/metals/heavy manufacturing with at least 10+ years in senior leadership, overseeing capex planning, energy and HSE initiatives, and strong communication to drive engineering excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in steel/metals/mining/heavy manufacturing.
• 10+ years senior leadership managing multi-site operations.
• Capex planning for growth in multiple plants.
• BTech degree with MBA preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
