Job Description

Operating within the IT Services sector, this pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to spearhead a complex identity transition initiative. The primary objective is to orchestrate the strategic shift from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring seamless continuity and robust security throughout the lifecycle. This position serves as the central hub for technical governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a critical part in modernizing the organization's identity infrastructure while maintaining high standards of operational stability and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols to validate system integrity and functional accuracy during the migration phases.
• Manage the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects while coordinating dependencies across various technical teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions to business operations.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project milestones and technical requirements.
• Drive the preparation of the production environment to ensure full operational readiness prior to go-live.
• Lead the post-deployment hypercare period and establish structured knowledge transfer mechanisms to empower internal teams.
