Job summary

Mindteck is seeking an ALM Administrator to manage and optimize ALM workflows with Clarizen in a Hyderabad-based role. You will configure environments, templates, and dashboards while leading migrations to modernize IT infrastructure.

Collaboration across teams will drive process improvements and best practices adoption. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of ALM experience, deep knowledge of Clarizen configuration, and a proven track record of independent project leadership in complex migration

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in ALM administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of configuration options in ALM tools such as Clarizen.
• Experience with migration projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex data transfers.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
