Job summary

Religent Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced senior AEM architect to lead migrations from legacy AEM to AEMaaCS, directing cloud strategies and modernizing architectures across Sites and Assets. You will guide content and asset migrations, establish CI/CD governance, and provide technical leadership throughout client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale migrations from legacy AEM platforms to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) across Sites and Assets implementations.
• Define cloud migration strategies, modernization roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
• Architect scalable and secure cloud-native AEM solutions using Adobe Cloud Manager and modern DevOps practices.
• Provide architectural leadership for content migration, asset migration, integration modernization, and performance optimization.
• Lead multiple client engagements and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and lead AEM Sites and Assets migration programs.
• Provide strong technical expertise in AEMaaCS architecture and Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Dispatcher architecture, CDN integration, and cloud security best practices
• Work with Editable Templates, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Headless CMS architectures.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance for AEMaaCS projects.
• Define migration strategies and technical approaches for AEM modernization initiatives.
• Work with migration tools including Content Transfer Tool (CTT), Repository Modernizer, and Cloud Acceleration Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and migration challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps, business, and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
