Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mig welder role based in Kanpur Nagar. The Mig welder will set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components according to technical drawings and work orders. Daily tasks include preparing materials, positioning and clamping workpieces, performing quality checks on welds, and finishing welded parts for accuracy and durability. The role also involves routine equipment maintenance, adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements, and collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. The welder is expected to follow established procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete documentation related to jobs and inspections.
