• Experience with IBM IIB/ACE administration & support.
• Experience of MQ/IIB version upgrades and Linux capacity management.
• Strong in MQ server deployment and administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, analyze possible solutions, and determine best course of action.
• Provide administration and support for IBM MQ and IBM IIB/ACE environments.
• Configure MQ channels and manage MQ Clusters and related infrastructure.

Job description

Relevant technical experience in middleware messaging support and operations in large and complex global enterprises ideally within International Financial/ Banking environments.

Ability to capture, discuss, negotiate, and refine technical user requirements.

IBM IIB/ACE administration & support

Experience of MQ/IIB version upgrades

Linux and/or MQ capacity management

IBM IIB/ACE administration & support

Linux and/or MQ capacity management.

Installed/Configured MQ Series 5.3 and 6.0. Configured MQ as Foreign JNDI Servers in JBoss

Proven ability to identify problem analyses possible solutions self-driven and determine best course of action to meet objectives

IBM MQ server deployment and administration

Should be strong in MQ channel configuration using different transmission protocols.

Should have experience with MQ Clusters.
