• Provide L1/L2 support for Mainframe systems (z/OS, TSO/ISPF) and/or middleware platforms.
• Monitor system performance and handle alerts, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform basic job monitoring, scheduling, and batch support (JCL).
• Support middleware tools like WebSphere, JBoss, or MQ (basic admin tasks).
• Assist in user access management and security compliance.
• Support restart activities, log checks, and issue troubleshooting.
• Follow ITIL processes (incident, change, request management).
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Mainframe concepts (JCL, z/OS, datasets)
