Job summary

Jobtailor in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India seeks an experienced Microsoft Teams and telephony specialist to manage and maintain Teams and voice infrastructure, and to provide technical support for telephony systems and Teams.

You will coordinate with project teams and vendors for construction/renovation projects, drive improvements and automation for Teams and Zoom, and participate in change management while serving non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or related field.
• 2-5 years of unified communications and telephony experience.
• 2-5 years of experience helping non-technical end users.
• 2+ years of optimizing configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Willingness to work after hours / on-call.
• 2+ years with Teams, SBCs/Operator Connect, and MTR.
• 2+ years with audio/visual equipment and video conferencing devices.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Innovative problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information across levels.
• High reasoning aptitude and quick understanding of complex environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT, Unified Communications, MIS, or related
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in unified communications and telephony platforms
• 2-5 years of experience working with non-technical end users
• 2+ years of experience identifying and implementing improvements to configurations, procedures, and processes
• Ability to support working outside normal business hours for after hour or "On-Call" support
• 2+ years of experience in Teams, SBCs/Operator connect, Microsoft Teams Room (MTR)
• 2+ years of relevant experience with audio/visual equipment and video conferencing devices
• Strong customer service orientation
