Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer with 3 –5 years of hands‑on experience in developing and implementing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable low‑code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Develop and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps based on business requirements.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
• Build automated business processes and approval workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Dataverse, APIs, and other data sources.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, and automation solutions.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement application security, role-based access, and appropriate permissions.
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide production support.
• Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and performance improvements.
• Work with development, testing, and production environments and support application deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and solution-related documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and other technical teams to deliver projects within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power Apps.
• Experience developing both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Good understanding of Power Apps formulas, expressions, controls, forms, galleries, and collections.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, connectors, and third‑party integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, environments, solutions, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
