About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, iOS, and Android. The ideal candidate will handle device enrolment, compliance, application deployment, Autopilot provisioning, incident resolution, and endpoint-security automation.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, SCCM co-management, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API. Similar enterprise roles commonly require Intune administration, Autopilot, compliance/configuration policies, app deployment, PowerShell automation, and Graph API knowledge

Intune Administration & Endpoint Management

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Manage device enrolment, compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
• Troubleshoot Intune issues, including enrolment failures, compliance errors, policy conflicts, and software deployment failures.
• Work with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, SCCM co-management, and Group Policy.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning, device onboarding, and policy enforcement.
• Deploy and manage applications, updates, security baselines, and endpoint protection policies.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance in line with enterprise security standards.

Incident Management & Troubleshooting

• Act as L2/L3 support for endpoint management issues and major incidents (P1/P2).
• Coordinate with Service Desk/GIM, SME teams, client engineering teams, and Microsoft support/vendor teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Maintain incident logs, technical documentation, SOPs, KBAs, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Ensure incident response and resolution meet agreed SLAs.

Automation & Service Improvement

• Identify recurring incident trends and recommend service-improvement initiatives.
• Automate manual endpoint-management tasks using PowerShell, Intune Graph API, and other automation tools.
• Create technical runbooks, SOPs, KBAs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support continuous improvement of endpoint-management processes and reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with client engineering, security, workplace services, and support teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, problem-solving sessions, and weekly service reviews.
• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership during incidents.
• Maintain transparency in incident handling, RCA status, and service-health reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Conditional Access.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM co-management and Group Policy.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Intune, Windows 10/11, application deployment, and compliance issues.
• Experience supporting L2/L3 incidents, RCA, SLA-based support, and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API for Intune automation.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
