Atos is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator / Endpoint Management Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support modern endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

The role involves managing device enrollment, configuration policies, application deployment, compliance, security policies, Windows updates, and automation, with integration to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management and Intune.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and MECM/Endpoint Management technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Intune, Windows 10/11, Entra ID, and Autopilot.

Experience

67 years in Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, SCCM/MECM, or EUC/Modern Workplace technologies.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune / Endpoint

Management Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support modern endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

The role will be responsible for managing device enrollment, configuration policies, application deployment, compliance, security policies, Windows updates, endpoint troubleshooting, automation, and integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, Autopilot

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune environments and SCCM policies.
• Manage device enrollment and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot Intune policy deployment and device synchronization issues.
• Analyze Intune reports, device status, policy conflicts, and deployment failures.

Windows Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows 10/11 devices through Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Configure and manage Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Support device provisioning, enrollment, re-enrollment, reset, retire, and wipe operations.
• Manage Windows Update for Business policies and update rings, Configuration and baselines.
• Plan and create new Site systems and roles
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud services, distribution issues and MP issues in SCCM
• Configure Windows security and endpoint hardening policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoint issues related to SCCM, OSD, Client install, patch\app failures, Intune, Entra ID, policies, applications, and enrollment.
• Manage SCCM life-cycle

Application Management

• Deploy and manage Microsoft Store, Win32, MSI, Microsoft 365 Apps, and LOB applications..
• Troubleshoot application installation and deployment failures.

PowerShell & Automation

• Develop PowerShell scripts for endpoint administration and automation.
• Create Intune Proactive Remediation / Remediations detection and remediation scripts.
• Automate common endpoint management tasks.
• Ensure scripts are secure, maintainable, and suitable for enterprise deployment.

Microsoft Entra ID & Identity

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID joined and Hybrid Entra ID joined devices.
• Troubleshoot device registration and enrollment issues.
• Understand device identities, primary users, group memberships, and dynamic groups.
• Troubleshoot common Windows enrollment and authentication issues.

Mobile Device Management

• Manage iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices through Intune.
• Configure enrollment profiles and device restrictions.
• Manage mobile applications and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot Company Portal, enrollment, application, and compliance issues.
