Summary of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Fabric Developer with hands‑on experience in building end‑to‑end solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, analytics, and performance tuning, with a passion for driving digital transformation through innovative data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end solutions using Microsoft Fabric components like OneLake, Lakehouse, and Data Pipelines.
• Design and optimize data models and medallion architecture for analytics and reporting.
• Utilize SQL (T‑SQL), PySpark/Python, and DAX to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Build and manage Git‑based CI/CD and deployment pipelines for smooth integration and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to security and governance best practices, including RLS/OLS and data sensitivity policies.
• Conduct performance tuning for Direct Lake and Import processes, optimizing partitions and queries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance data flows and reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Fabric features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
• Assist in documenting processes and providing training to end‑users on best practices and system usage.

Must-Have
