Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Testing Consultant to analyze business requirements and design test scenarios for end-to-end validation across Finance, SCM, and CRM modules. You will perform functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing on Dynamics solutions, track defects, and collaborate with dev teams to ensure timely resolution.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing of Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM, involvement in automation initiatives, and a Pan India deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Testing experience.
• Hands-on testing in Dynamics ERP (D365 F&O) and/or CRM.
• Experience across Finance, AP, AR, GL, Bank, Inventory, SCM, and CRM modules.
• CRM capabilities: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Lead and Opportunity management, Case Management, Field Service.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong testing methodologies and defect lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment


• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs


• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
