Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics- SCM expert with 3–8 years of experience to work on an MNC client project in India. You'll architect solutions on the Dynamics AX/D365 platform, elicit requirements, and lead functional delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, design SME duties, and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations with a focus on data integrity and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics SCM implementations.
• Experience with AX/D365 architecture and integrations.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
• Act as SME for application design, optimization, availability, scalability, UX, and data integrity.
• Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Guide transition of requirements to delivery and development teams for successful delivery.
• Participate in quality reviews across designs, prototypes, and other project stages.
• Engage with project teams to gather assets and guidance to improve methodologies and customer experience.
• Provide functional leadership in a product or area of business processes.
• Own and resolve complex customer technical/functional issues; serve as primary contact.
• Drive communication with customer to ensure confidence in problem resolution.
• Define and reproduce customer issues; research, troubleshoot, implement workarounds.

Job Description:

Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 platform & Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients.

• Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
• Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
• Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.
• Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes, and other stages of a project to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience.
• Ability to take Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
• Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution
• Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
• Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
• Act as the L2/L3 (Level-2/Level-3) support to solve the customer issue
• Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.
