Job summary

Cloudxtreme seeks a senior Microsoft Dynamics professional (SCM) with over a decade of experience to architect and deliver Dynamics AX/D365 solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, leading functional design, and ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations acrossFinance, procurement, and order processing.

Locations include Hyderabad and Bangalore with a focus on delivering end-to-end SCM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365
• Deep understanding of Dynamics platforms and solution architecture
• Experience in leading functional design and business scenarios

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
• Act as SME for application design, performance, usability, and data integrity.
• Develop functional specs including requirements and business scenarios.
• Lead transition of requirements to delivery teams for successful customer delivery.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Engage with project teams to share best practices and improve customer experience.
• Provide functional leadership in a product area and own issue resolution as L2/L3 support.
• Collaborate with cross-group peers to optimize methodologies and outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting, Grants and Awards, and Operations

"Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 platform & Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients.

• Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
• Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
• Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.
• Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes, and other stages of a project to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience.
• Ability to take Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
• Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution
• Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
• Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
