Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a D365 F&O SCM Consultant based in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering financial and supply chain solutions within MSD F&O, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding ERP implementations across design, configuration, and testing phases.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and relevant D365 Finance/SCM certifications. The position offers hybrid work in Bangalore and a face-to-face final interview stage.

Qualifications

• A strong background in finance and supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and effectively.
• Management experience with a focus on delivering successful ERP implementations.
• Relevant certifications in D365 Finance and SCM / Finance is mandatorry
• Must have- S&M, Implementation experience
• Nice to have- Upgrade, Integration experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects and provide support for Solution, design, testing and system maintenance
• Leading the functional design and configuration of D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Conducting fit gap study ofbusiness requirements .
• Providing guidance and support for system testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
• Training and mentoring junior consultants and client stakeholders on best practices and system functionalities.
• Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing issues, suggesting solutions , handling clients and conducting UAT/SIT as and when required
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

Project Details

Dynamics 365 F&O SCM based project which include Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Accounting as key modules with high level of customization. Roll-out / migration of project end to end into different environment. Project also take care of end-to-end support/ maintenance/Enhancement of this Application.
