Job summary

Cloudxtreme seeks a Dynamics AX/D365 specialist to architect enterprise solutions, lead functional design, and ensure successful client outcomes.

You will interface with customer stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and drive delivery with development teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting solutions on Dynamics AX/D365.
• Ability to lead functional design and requirements gathering.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support to customers.
• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration.
• Proven track record in driving requirements to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
• Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
• Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.
• Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes, and other stages of a project to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience.
• Ability to take Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
• Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution
• Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
• Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
• Act as the L2/L3 (Level-2/Level-3) support to solve the customer issue
• Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.
