Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance Consultant in India. The role requires 3.5–8 years of hands-on experience with D365FO in finance and accounting, covering GL, AR, AP, cash and bank, FA, and inventory.

You will participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycles, map R2R processes to functional requirements, and collaborate with clients across multiple engagements. Qualification emphasis includes a strong finance background (MBA Finance or CA) and D365 Finance

Qualifications

• Preferred degree; MBA Finance, CA or Bachelor degree with relevant proven experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) in Finance & Accounting
• Experience across GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, FA, Inventory and operations costing; project accounting a plus
• Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, tests, deployment, post-go-live support
• Ability to map R2R processes to D365FO requirements
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance preferred
• Experience with consulting firms and handling multiple clients/projects is advantageous
• Project accounting module is an added advantage

• Maintain high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Certification in D365 Finance is preferred

Location: Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Preferred degree, MBA Finance, CA or Bachelor degree with the relevant proven experience.
2. Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), specifically in the Finance and accounting.
3. Expertise in the following modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash and Bank, FA, Inventory, and operations costing. Experience in project accounting will be a plus.
4. Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle in D365FO, including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
5. Ability to work with clients to understand their R2R processes and translate them into D365FO functional requirements.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
9. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (preferred).
10. Experience working with a consulting firm and handling multiple clients/projects is an added advantage.
