Weekday AI is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) professional to lead ERP initiatives across Noida and Bengaluru. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing F&O modules, aligning finance & operations processes with business goals, and driving system configurations to support scalable operations.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering enterprise ERP

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or related ERP environments.
• Experience on enterprise-level Finance & Operations projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Finance/Business or related discipline; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Manage Finance & Operations processes including GL, AP, AR, procurement, inventory, and SCM.
• Analyze business and system issues; coordinate with developers on extensions, data entities, and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) professional with strong expertise in Finance and Operations modules, ERP implementation, system configuration, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical or functional solutions, and experience working with cross-functional teams to streamline enterprise operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, supporting implementation and upgrade initiatives, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to lead projects and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional or technical specifications.
• Configure and optimize F&O modules to align with organizational requirements and business objectives.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and enhancements.

2. Finance and Operations Management

• Work extensively with Finance and Operations processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations, as applicable to the role.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing, financial reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through ERP automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless business process integration.

3. Technical and Functional Support

• Analyze business and system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Work with developers and technical teams on extensions, integrations, data entities, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

4. Project and Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training initiatives.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing across teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• In-depth understanding of Finance and Operations business processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, support, or optimization.
• Strong knowledge of relevant F&O modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8–15 years of overall relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or related ERP environments.
• Proven experience working on enterprise-level Finance and Operations projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
