Job summary

BDO India is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architect to design scalable end-to-end ERP solutions. The role involves configuring Finance, Commerce and Supply Chain modules, data modelling, and leading technical teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure high performance, and guide clients through implementation and post-go-live support. Strong command of SQL Server and cloud architecture is required.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in a technical role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong ability to configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business requirements
• Experience in data modelling for ERP solutions
• Hands-on experience with Finance, Commerce and Supply Chain modules and integration
• Knowledge of SQL Server and cloud architecture

Responsibilities:

• Design an end-to-end solution that aligns with business requirements and is scalable.
• Deliver good user experience by ensuring no bottlenecks on performance
• Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet specific business requirements,including Finance, Commece and Supply Chain and system integration needs.
• Implement best practices for the team.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 F&O wherever required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support during and after the system implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
• Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years of experience in technical role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform
• Good understanding of configuring and customizing D365 F&O application to meet specific business requirements
• Experience in overall data modelling
• Mandatory Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of F&O,such as Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of Out of the Box features of F&O in mapping business requirements
  • Experience in working on SQL server
  • End to end solution design to ensure solution meets business requirements and is scalable
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Licenses, cloud architecture
  • Well versed with integration technologies and good understanding on handling integrations in D365 with other business applications
  • Experience in system integration and data migration in the context of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Good experience on solutioning, performing feasibility studies.
  • Experience in setting best practices, managing technical tasks of the team,performing reviews.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
