DPAY Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant / Developer to design, develop, customize, implement, and support CRM solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in CRM development, integrations, customization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities across projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 integrations including REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Integration Services, and third party integrations.
• Proficiency in C Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure CRM modules based on business requirements.
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Integration Services, and third party systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize CRM performance.
• Perform testing, upgrades, documentation, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users and project teams.

• Strong expertise in CRM Project Operations, Integration, customization, configuration, architecture, security models, and business processes.
• Proficiency in C Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integrations and data migration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Azure services and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and source control tools.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
