Job summary

DataArt seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer skilled in CRM 2016 configuration and customization, plugin development, and custom workflow activities. You will build JavaScript components, optimize data with SQL and SSIS (KingswaySoft), and integrate with AWS Snowflake, ECM, and modern APIs.

You will work on D365 CE service modules, SLA handling, and queues, while leveraging Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate for connected solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customization.
• Plugin development and custom workflow activities in Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for CRM-related development.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript; HTML/CSS skills beneficial.
• Strong SQL queries; SSIS with KingswaySoft experience.
• Hands-on Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integration with AWS, Snowflake, and ECM.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Workspace, Azure Functions and WebJobs.
• Good knowledge of the D365 CE service module, SLAs and queues.

Responsibilities

• Develop customizations and configurations in Dynamics CRM 2016 and D365 CE.
• Build plugins and custom workflow activities to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript components for CRM solutions.
• Resolve data issues using SQL queries and SSIS packages with KingswaySoft.
• Support modify and maintain systems and code from other teams.
• Implement integrations with legacy and modern systems via batch jobs or APIs.
• Work with service module capabilities in D365 CE including SLA and queue.
• Contribute to solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations with AWS, Snowflake, and ECM systems.
