Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM specialist for its Chennai-based client. The role focuses on designing, developing, configuring, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.

The candidate will drive CRM customizations, automation, Canvas Apps, and secure integrations, collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business units in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop CRM customizations, automate business processes, and lifecycle mgmt.
• Build Canvas Apps and Custom Pages; secure external integrations.
• REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse, Web API, middleware, and GitHub usage.
• 6+ years IT experience with ≥4 years software development.
• Experience with Sales & Customer Service modules and data model.
• OAuth and Azure AD App Registrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

Position Description:

• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing CRM customizations, automating business processes, building Canvas Apps and Custom Pages, implementing secure integrations with external systems, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting solution design and application lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse, Web API, middleware, GitHub, Microservices, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM data model, security model, solution management, and ALM practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom APIs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience developing Canvas Apps, screens, and Custom Pages.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and secure data exchange.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and Azure AD App Registrations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex CRM, integration, performance, and system issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of Microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with GitHub and modern source-control practices.
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding and development productivity.
• Ability to collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing technical design specifications, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting/support guides.
• Strong understanding of CRM security roles, data governance, and development standards.
• Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service is an advantage.
• Experience with GCP or cloud-based application environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
