Job summary

Freedom Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales Functional Consultant to drive successful CRM initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Sales implementations, process optimization and seamless integration with Microsoft tools.

You will lead requirements, design functional configurations, and guide teams through testing and deployment while improving sales processes and CRM adoption across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant CRM functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Order processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales entities, forms, views, business rules and business process flows.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design and testing.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, data migration and reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementations, enhancements and support.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Sales modules, including Lead and Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management, Sales Pipeline and Forecasting, Quotes, Orders and Sales Processes, Sales Dashboards and Reporting, and configuring Business Process Flows, Workflows, Business Rules, Forms and Views.
• Collaborate with technical teams on CRM integrations, customizations and data migration.
• Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support CRM deployment, user training, troubleshooting and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve sales processes and CRM adoption.
