You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP/CRM platforms.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, drive technical design, CI/CD practices, and mentor junior developers while ensuring best practices in security and data

Qualifications

Job Description – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Power Platform, Azure integrations, and enterprise digital transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 applications.
• Implement and customize D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and HR.
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
• Develop extensions using X++, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Power Platform.
• Configure security roles, business processes, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Work with DevOps pipelines for CI/CD deployments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants during fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer sessions.
