Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise conversational agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform. • Experience with Power Virtual Agents and migration or modernisation to Copilot Studio.

About Position:

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer will design, build, integrate, deploy, and optimise enterprise conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires hands-on development experience across agent orchestration, enterprise knowledge grounding, workflow automation, APIs, connectors, security, governance, and application lifecycle management.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows.
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with enterprise knowledge, skills, actions, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, REST APIs, plugins, custom connectors, and enterprise systems.
• Develop workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Configure enterprise knowledge sources, including SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, and files.
• Publish and manage agents across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and web channels.
• Design prompt instructions, topics, entities, variables, actions, and conversation flows for reliable user experiences.
• Implement deployment strategies across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Apply security, compliance, access control, data loss prevention, and Responsible AI practices.
• Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and optimise agent performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable Copilot solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations across Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents and migration or modernisation to Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, custom connectors, plugins, and OpenAPI definitions.
• Experience configuring enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint and Dataverse.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, data loss prevention, and security governance.
• Experience with solution deployment, source control, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, solution design, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot-related certifications will be an added advantage.
